we stayed there in order to catch an early morning flight from penang airport which is only 10 minutes from the hotel. the rooms was great with internet access. the staffs are very efficient and helpful.

hiccups when checking-in as they had only prepared a room instead of 2 that i have booked through agoda. i guess they also had not read the comments i left when booking my rooms as the rooms given were not to what i had requested.
i find that the rooms are a bit too small for my liking as it feels too compact. ohhh, and the shower is a tad to weak for my liking. however, i still think it is quite a value for money stay for business trips.
