pretty close location to my clients. good access to various areas including airport, queen's bay mall.
but, internet problem still there. limited access to certain rooms. need to fix the internet issue if this hotel is to be remain competitive for business traveller.

Huge apartment with reasonable price
2 rooms + 2 toilet + living + kitchen + dining, reasonable price, not far from airport, friendly staff

we stay in the vistana apartment, which is actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and a dining room. this is more than enough for 3 of us.
we like the helpful staff at the hotel. they provided good service during my stay.
we stay at 16 floor and the view is good.
however, this location is slightly away from most of the main attractions on the island. this is not an issue for us because we rented a car for the 5 days stay in penang.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Penang hill is one of the must go places in Penang. Go in the morning, before 10 am, to avoid the crowd.

we stayed here for 2 nights. the staff are very friendly. there is no direct number to housekeeping dept. but you may reach them by pressing #0 and the reception counter will connect the line to relevant person in charge in housekeeping. for muslim, prayer mat is made available upon request.
there are a swimming pool located at 2nd floor. this pool is divided into 2 section: adult and children. there is no dedicated lifeguard stationed at the pool. but there is one maintenance worker who is responsible for the pool. you may request bath towel from him.
gymnasium is located next to swimming pool. beside the main door, you may exit gym through toilet as it may direct to the swimming pool. there is a small children play room located in the gymnasium. you may left your kids there while doing your exercise.
overall, we are quite happy to stay here and will come here again in the future!

best stays that you can cook what you like, groceries very easy to buy, bukit jambul shopping centre is around. got privacies. friendly staff. this is my 3rd time visit. thinking to come again next time.
