Lovely hotel and near the airport

nice stay. however, it's near the airport only but far way from the down town, esp. George Town. It cost RM 50.00 from the hotel to jetty and GT. the room window facd to the main road and the noises of motor bikes always soaring during the mid night. Breakfast is ok.Convenient for travellers arrive at night from the airport. But not recommended to ones would spend days in GT.

Great 5* Hotel with 3* price

i am satisfy staying in this hotel,the staff were friendly.
although is a bit far from town but is valuable
the rooms were good but air conditioning not cold enough.
various choice of breakfast buffet.

Pleasant stay and good environment
Quiet, well secure which they only allow guest with card access to enter their hotel building, parking space is enough and big.

it is a very good stay at vistana hotel. location is near to queensbay mall, moreover it is easy to go to other places as well within 10-15mins by car. hope there is a hotel name board able to place in front of the hotel to easy locate it. it is quite difficult to know that is the hotel if there is no gps to lead us there. wish there is some improvement on this. overall it was a very great stay. will recommend for famillies and friends group.

Comfortable and decent hotel for the price
free internet lan, 32inch lcd tv with good channels, and free two breakfast

the hotel is worth the money i paid. situated very near to queensbay mall. its only about 10 minutes drive away.
room is clean,comfortable and decent. my main criteria is internet and it happens the hotel provided free inroom internet lan so its a plus point.
the hotel staff is helpful and friendly so overall it was an enjoyable stay.

this hotel having 2 units, which are hotel and apartment unit at affordable price range to let you choose from. the swimming pool is great for kid fun, but always running out of pool towel. there are also sufficient carpark located at basement. for those who driving, this hotel location is good, you can choose the major road very nearby, or just use the minor road to avoid the traffic jam.
the apartment unit is spacious, the security of the hotel is also good, all lift and some main door must use access card to operate it.

When i walk in this hotel is same with other hotel lobby, check in, welcome drink, and take the lift to deluxe room. But when i arrive deluxe room, OH! so big of this room. This is first i feel, and clean. beside this, the location also near city, after i shopping around 20 minute i can arrive hotel,that good.

The hotel security is very good, i like it.

The Hotel room suite is well groomed and comfortable. The breakfast choice of food is very poorly organised, there's actually pre-packed nasi lemak instead of self-serviced styled. Staffs were seen grabbing food from tray while on duty.
I would consider returning to this hotel as it is convenient to me. Really hope the Management would improve on its service.

The hotel is slightly far from the city (George Town). Anyway, it is very near to Queensbay shopping mall. The environment is very clean and comfortable. Moreover, the security of the hotel is good. Only hotel customer with a valid hotel card only can access to hotel room.
