hotel located at nice location, easy to be found. with parking provided.
big apartment with sufficient facilities but would be glad if could pay more attention to the air-con service. the air-con at living room produces noisy sound once turned on. the air-con of the room was dripping water in the midnight.

the chairs in dining room needs re-padding as we are sitting on the hard surface and badly stained.
housekeeping needs improvement like detailed cleaning with hair in the shower and curtain mouldy. tap leaking when they are preaching about environment saving etc..
but the front office staffs very friendly and that makes our stay worth it. keep up the smiles!
Travel tip:
not any special, need cook more fool to saticfied customer, bc not food to choice ,, always same fool to saticfied customer.

Good apartment but dissapointing check in staffs

As this is my 2nd time staying at Vistana apartment, I already had an idea what to expect from the hotel. I really like the big rooms in the apartment. Though it is indicated as a 2-bedroom, in fact there are 3 rooms altogether despite the 3rd is a small one. The beds in the master room is a king sized, the 2nd is a queen sized and the 3rd is a single bed. Though some may say that the furniture and the rooms are a bit worn out but I find it still okay as it is considerably clean. I can't really find any big fault in the apartment that I was given.
The only hiccup that I want to highlight is during checking in. I arrived in Penang quite early and went to do some shopping at the nearby Queensbay mall till about 1pm. I called up to check whether I can check in around that time but was told the room was not ready till 3pm. So I came to the hotel around that time. After some verification, I was told to wait while she check for any vacant room till about 30 mins later.
Though it's just 30 mins but I felt that the promised was not fulfilled. I also saw a family check in after mine but was given priority. I felt quite furious after the long and tiring journey but just kept to myself. The consolation was that I was given the highest floor that showcase stunning view.
I understand that there was a corporate group staying at that hotel but that doesn't mean other guests are deprived of good service. I had booked early in advance for the hotel and not those last minute enquiries of room availability on the spot.
Apart from that dissappointing service, other things are pretty fine with 4/5 ratings.
Shopping Tip:
Good shopping centres nearby the hotel (Queensbay Mall, Bukit Jambul complex) and considerably near to the airport. But far from Batu Feringghi if you prefer the beaches as well as to the main town centre.

It's fantastic hotel.I visited the hotel with my family. It has a good location.The service is very good. It's near to shooping center ( Bukit Jambul Complex ).I hope i can visit this hotel next time in the future.

Walking distance to a nice Nasi Kandar restaurant.
Near to shopping complexes, Bukit Jambul and Queensbay.
Friendly staff.
The gym is little bit outdated.

I was upgraded to a suite as there was a delay in getting my room. Staff were pretty efficient and the hotel has gym and swimming pool. Will definitely come back again

everything in this apartment is nice except for the shower in the master bedroom. they have the shower head there but there's bathtub as well in the same area. so anyone who doesn't prefer to use the bathtub have to climb over the bathtub to use the shower head. furthermore the bathtub is slippery to be stand on. if anyone of you are going for a holiday for 5 adults, this room is recommended. has 1 king size bed,1 queen size bed and 1 single bed.

The hotel has its own private taxis that take you to other parts of the island for a very reasonable fee
We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and must say their selection was superb with some of the best dishes you'll ever have. The only downside is restaurant staff who could have been more attentive (certain tables did not come with cutlery and at times, it took them very long to clear used plates) - not a showstopper but could be improved
Loved the comfortable beds, spacious bath and quiet nights. Overall, a highly recommended stay for a good night's sleep
