Overall hotel staff are goods. Rooms nice but during check in found previous rubbish did not throw, informed front desk but nobody came in to the room to clear the rubbish.

enjoyable stay with many facilities around. no fear, no worries all the staffs are very supportive and helpful. breakfast provided with taste of Malaysian cuisine. Nasi kandar restaurant just few steps from the hotel, good spot for the lover of nasi kandar. dont wait any longer stay at Vistana and enjoy the sun set and sun rise !!!!

1. big apartment, you can stay at living room having chit chat with family.
2. 3 rooms ( 2 rooms with air con, 1 room without air con), 1 living room and 1 kitchen. it is big and comfort.
3. near to queensbay
4. private car park
the only thing is no wireless service in this aprtment.

breakfast is always full, had to wait in a long queue. food was mediocre, as well as the service. however, i like the service at the reception, service with a smile.

The hotel was located in a convenient place with a lot of choice for eating in the adjacent area. The rooms (2 bedroom apartment)were clean and well appointed. All the facilities worked and the room had a very good view out towards the southern approaches to Penang Island. The only grouse I have is the lifts do take a while to arrive and this can be tedious when there is a large crowd waiting to use the lifts
Restaurant Tip:
Restoran Nasi Kandar Kayu is a short walk from the hotel (less than 5 minutes)

the hotel is wonderful, clean, comfortable. also very easy to find. but eating place is a problem, very hard to find good food due for location is pretty far from the center of pinang.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
nice place to stay with, but need to spend sometime for travel.
