Strategic location. Situated near the factories in bayan lepas and queensbay mall for after-work relaxation.
Bed was comfortable, the breakfast has a great selection. Decent food but could be better.

Easy to access & one of the few 4/5 star hotels located in the Southern part of Penang Island.
Located next to a row of eateries (such as Kayu Nasi Kandar) & convenience stores (7-Eleven).
Receptionist was friendly & helpful in the check-in process.
Rooms were clean & delighted with the selection of channels in the room.

Was here for a quick overnighter. Hotel was a bit dated and facilites sparse. Rooms are only cleaned every alternate day. it was a pleasant surprise to find a 3rd room in the 2 Bedrooms Family although it only had a single bed and no A/C. Kitchen was a bit sparse. Parking is free for guests, and there is a lift access straight to the rooms from the car park so that one does not need to walk thru the lobby and swimming pool. It is sufficiently close to 2 malls including Queensbay Mall (10 min drive away)

"Lovely hotel and Great location"
the bed is big, bathroom clean and have bathtub, breakfast is nice

i stay two night at vistana hotel with my boyfriend. the room is clean with big and comfy bed. the room has flat tv and cabel wifi, there is also mini bar provided. the bathroom is also very clean and has bathtub too. the car park is provided to the quest with car at the basement parking. my package is included with breakfast, the food is nice and alot of varities of food available. the staff is very nice and greet with smiles. the worth for the money and i will efinitely will stay there again if i come to penang next time.
Restaurant Tip:
I like to go to gurney drive to eat, where over there you can eat all the famous penang food at the same place and most important thing you are driving along the beach and can smell and here the sound of the wave. Very wonderful moment.
