Great location to USM

The people is really helping in taking care of our luggage and finding us a good taxi. The hotel is good and nice to stay.
Restaurant Tip:
We check in afternoon around 12noon. So we quite hungry but no worries there is a restaurant inside of the hotel or you can get a nice nasi kandar when you turn right from the hotel and walk around 5 minutes. If you want to go to buy cheap food you can go to complex bukit jambul and check out maidin on the ground floor.

Travel tip:

Hotel that is value for money.

check-in was easy. no problem encountered when presented with voucher. two key cards were given. you need the key card to access the door to the apartment suit lobby and your room. the key card will also be used to go in and out of the parking. so free parking until the day you check out.
room is really big. there are a living room with sofa and a tv. fairly good number of satellite tv channels - star world, espn, disney, local channels, rai international, nhk, tve, tv5, dwtv etc
there is a dining hall and kitchen. dining table can accommodate up to 6 people. the kitchen has a fridge, stove and electric kettle. utensils are provided too. no microwave in my room though.
rooms. the master bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached bathroom with a long bath. there is another set of tv here. the other room has only two beds while the utility room has got an ironing board for you to use. there is another bathroom for use which has got only shower. both bathroom has no bidet.
overall, it is a nice room which you can fit in lot of people. comfortably up to 6 people.

Reasonable price located near airport.

The hotel staff are courteous. Provided 3 room apartment big enough for family of 5.
Food was horrible at the restraunt and service is poor. Stay wAs enjoyable.
Shopping Tip:
Good for shoppers. Queensbay mall is located few kilimmeter and Bukit jambul is just behind.

Its less noisy compare to other hotel full of tourists.

Its good... Room is clean & big. Free internet is available by cable provided in the room. Wifi pwd is required to obtain from Front Desk.
Location is away from City aka George Town & Gurney Drive but very convenient for business / factory visit as its just 10 - 15mins drive to Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone.
Nearest shopping mall is Bukit Jambul Complex & Queensbay Mall...
As for food: Theres a very nice Nasi Karda "India food" store just within walking distance... Hence strongly advice do not walk alone unless with group.

The hotel are new. Room are very clean, nice and comfortable. Great location, just 15 minutes taxi to Penang International Airport which the main reason I stay at this hotel. Around 20 minutes taxi to Quensbay Shopping center. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room with internet line. Highly recommended
