Good Hotel, great lacation

The hotel are new. Room are very clean, nice and comfortable. Great location, just 15 minutes taxi to Penang International Airport which the main reason I stay at this hotel. Around 20 minutes taxi to Quensbay Shopping center. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room with internet line. Highly recommended

Good Location for Business

The location is nearby to the free trade zone of Penang as well as to the Airport which makes it an ideal hotel for business travellers. The front desk is courteous enough to make you feel welcome but not memorable while the rooms are decent, clean & comfortable. I must say that it was a value for money hotel but could improve on guest satisfaction services since the experience was pretty nonchalant to me.

Price is reasonable, the room is very big and confortable

the hotel is very close to the airport but a bit far from down town. the room is quite clean, and so big that even beyond our expectation. the price is very reasonable and service meets the standard either. some small restaurants and a shopping mall are around the hotel. highly recommend, especially to those who need to catch an early flight.

The room was massive and far too big for two people, it was very old and to be honest just excessive and overpriced for what we got. Also the location is not very good..too far from everything

Good budgeted choice of apartment hotel

Stayed 2 nights in 3-bedroom, spacious, tidy, very nice staff.
~15 minutes drive to airport, free wifi and free carpark for customers.
Swimming pool is small, no user seen during my stay. Limited choice of dinning nearby, no problem to me cause I drive. Considering the cost I paid, a very good budgeted choice of apartment hotel.

the hotel is big, rooms are spacious n facilities are well equipped. though it is far from center of the town, we have no problems going around as we have friends to pick us up. we could sleep well at night as the rooms are quiet and have good air conditioning. family room hotel is so convenient as we can make our drinks n warm up the food that we bought in the middle of the night. would choose this hotel the next time we are in penang

stayed in 2 bedroom apartment
the building is not in the main building
have to travel till 2nd floor and go to next building
it's good value for money but far from city center
if you dont have a car , dont stay here
only 15 mins car drive to airport
