We enjoy the apartment & the environement r good. It is very convenient for us to enjoy our day in straits quay as we just had to walk down & there are many restaurants for us to choose. Couples Malaysia, December 22, 2012	Spacious rooms with ample parking fully self contained service apartment, friendly owner, 5.7 location is good without being too far from the city. spacious room with separate living area. downside to being self managed is lack of clean linen and bed beginning to show signs of wear and tear. funky smell also as rooms dont get aired enough.
