This was our second stay at Yeng Keng. We chose a larger room this time as we had our baby with us, the Garden Suite was a good size. The room faced the side and was mostly quiet (as with our last stay, you can sometimes hear the early mornong call to prayer, but this would only bother very light sleepers). The cafe is new since the last time we visited and while we enjoyed breakfasts on the patio last time, in the humidity of rainy season it was nice to be able to sit indoors with air con. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant were so lovely, genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a great haven from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and in a convenient location. It is also nice to have a pool, which has a large shaded area to sit outside. There are some great hawker stalls nearby, a very good coffee shop and it's easy to walk to/from the buses and malls. The only complaint would be that the bed was very firm and by the last night was beginning to feel somewhat plank like.

This was a very nice hotel, well kept and clean, with friendly and attentive staff. The room was large, clean and comfortable (though we did get an upgrade), and there was a very good breakfast included.
The location was very good, in the middle of Georgetown close to all the cities main sites.

We are very happy to stay here, the staff was very helpful. The room was excellent, clean and the bed is very good. Breakfast was very good. Only one thing, poor internet.
