Very average hotel. Rooms are small but clean. Attention to detail very poor. The bathroom did not have a toilet seat. Despite several reminders in the three days we were there no attempt was made to install one. The hotel is located in a slightly run down area, however, it was just a minute walk tp Jalan Penang.

As a budget hotel, it's out of y expectation already. It's new, clean & tidy. I was booked the room without window, so it's quiet as well.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taxi fare is not base on metre, must ask the price before u get onbaord.

ห้องพักใหม่แต่ทำเลไม่ค่อยสะดวก อยู่เกือบติดกันกับโรงแรม มิงกูด ที่จอดรถมีน้อย ดูเหมือนว่าจะนำอาคารพาณิชย์มาปรับปรุงเป็นโรงแรม
โรงแรมยังปรับปรุงไม่เสร็จ ยังไม่มีห้องอาหารของโรงแรม แต่สะอาดและใหม่มากๆ มีตู้เย็น ทีวี แอร์ กาต้มน้ำร้อน มีกาแฟเป็นซองให้ฟรีวันละ 2 ชุด
ในห้องน้ำมีเครื่องทำน้ำร้อนและชุดเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำ แต่ระบบชักโครกมีปัญหา น้ำไม่ค่อยจะลง
Restaurant Tip:
red garden อยู่เยื้องๆ โรงแรม cititel เป็นแหล่งอาหารมื้อเย็นที่ดีมากๆ
