Amazing - The Bubu resort have got it spot on!

I really cant fault them in anyway. I have traveled to many countries, having stayed in top resorts and the Bubu has to be in my top 5. Not too big a resort and the staff are A+++ making your stay perfect in every way. Located on the quieter end of long beach but allowing you a 2 minute beach walk to the busier end. Beach is stunning with very comfortable sun loungers. 2 free cocktails from 5-6pm brought to you anywhere in the resort with the presentation/taste of any decent bar in London.

Excellant Hotel but very hard to get too. I was upset to lose a lot of money due to flight delays as this hotel does not refund your money. After getting over that, I would recommend this hotel. Nice rooms- clean. The staff was very very nice! The new chef was amazing. Kid friendly. I would go back but again- make sure your travel arrangements are good to go to get here. Check the ferry times too!

A hotel charging 5 stars cost should not be so calculative on beach towels, no kettle. delay in room make up, when i ask to have my room to be cleaned (it was already 2pm), as i do not want my kid to be disturbed during their nap time. I'm so disappointed when the receptionist told me they have only 3 workers and it takes time to make up the room, hope i can understand. they arget to finish all rooms make up by 5pm,how can a hotel asking the customer to understand the fact that they are under staff and compromise? I dun think this excuse is acceptable. And we are suppose to have 2 cocktails per pax, however because we claimed it at 6pm (my kid was just waked up), they only allow 1 cocktail per pax to be ordered.. really got to be so calculative??!! I don’t think I will revisit bubu.

If you want to see a beautiful beach, this is the best place to go. One of, if not the best I have been to, and i've been to a few! The staff are very helpful and polite. The snorkeling trip was brilliant and the guide(Ryan) was very helpful and apparently very lucky as we saw a turtle and apparently lots of small sharks!

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Just beware some hotel guest hogging those beach lounges by placing beach towel around not even there for 2-3 hours
