Nice Hotel and great location.

the room we got is a perfect room since it has got the garden view and seaview and at the six floor we can see everthing. the family area is air-cond and have a new carpet. our breakfast was included and quite a mixture of asian and american type. overall we are quite happy with our stay there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Should ask for higher floor for good view and inclusive of breakfast.

very convenient location for the whole family to enjoy beach activities, footsal, swimming pool and for fathers to play golf at nearby golf and country club.
we stayed two nights at the hotel with supposedly packaged with breakfast and dinner. unfortunately the management forgot to arrange dinner during the two nights of stay for us and four other families came together with us. there was no information with regards to dinner arrangement given to all of us in the group.
Travel tip:
To all golfers, this hotel is highly recommended for you to enjoy golfing while your family enjoying all kind of activities at the beach.

I bought a package with spa. In that package, Agoda mentioned that it includes 4 buffet dinner, 2 spa vouchers (60 minutes each) and 4 buffet breakfast. However, when i arrived there to check in, the person in charge told me that the apartment I booked only have 4 vouchers for breakfast and 35 minutes spa for 2 person (70 minutes in total). It was very frustrating as I expected to get 4 buffet dinner vouchers and 60 minutes spa package for 2 (120 minutes in total). After lots of explaination and discussion, finally they agree to give me the vouchers I claimed and the 60mins spa for each.
I stayed at the 2 bedroom suite. The apartment was spacious (and definitely can fit more that 4 people), clean and comfortable. It has living and dining hall, comes with classic furniture and tv. It also has spacious kitchen (no cooking allowed) equipped with kitchen cabinet and a fridge.
The view from our apartment was very lovely, facing both the pool and the beach.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were friendly, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were not bad too. I highly recommend AnCasa AllSuites Resort & Spa to families. Value for money I would say.

This place is suitable for families due to it's location and facilities.
Parking, this is an issue during peak periods.
If you are extremely picky on cleanliness, you can do better. One of the rooms had wet carpets near the window, we suspected that either the window was leaking or someone forgot to close it.
Toilets are acceptable.
There were four teacups and a fridge. No cutlery, and I can't recall seeing a stove, best to check with Ancasa before you book if you want to cook your own food.
You'll not have any issues in PD, a variety of food is available, including fastfood, and local cuisines.
Overall rating 3 out of 5.
Disclaimer: As long as I have a clean bed, I'm ok most of the time.

Great resort with value for money

Apart from the lack of enough parking for cars.... the rest is simply reasonable. Units is spacious. Amenities are adequate. Beach is just next door. You can find stalls just next to the entrance of the resort. Less time wasted to travel out for food equals to more relax time spend with your love ones.
Restaurant Tip:
There is one nice seafood restaurant about 15 km away near to PD town. It is next to TNB Power plant. You can't miss that.

first, when we got the key to enter the room, the staffs were still doing housekeeping in the room, should have done all the cleaning process before customer enter the room.
the toilet smells bad even after cleaning.
the swimming pool is small and the beach is very dirty.
Good thing is, most of the staffs are friendly.

We stayed at 2 bedroom apartment, simple room with sofa, dining & kitchen. Toilet are not up to hotel standard... stains are everywhere & smelly.
