Can be better...
Quite spacious... But need to upkeep facilities

1) even during breakfast have to cue up.
2) 1 room main drop lock not in good condition. reported before went out for dinner at 6++. and once return, abt 10pm plus still doing.
3) another room sink leaking...after repair still leaking. solution we use towels to avoid slippery toilet.

Wonderful Customer Service
The best thing about the hotel is its staff and their smiles.

one thing which really impressed us is the customer service of the hotel staff. they were very heart warming and accommodating. also, we were impressed with the morning newspaper hanging outside our door the following morning. scenery was nice and hotel structure was impressive.
Nightlife Tip:
Try the night market during weekends. It's just a couple of minutes ride from the hotel.

Abit old but still acceptable

The rooms furniture is older that I saw in hotel website, but still consider acceptable, atleast no any bad smell... The private beach suppose to be their selling point, but when then time I reach there, quite alot of rubbish over the beach side, maybe they are cleaning?

Great hotel with nice ocean view from the room..
Room is big, comfy and yet cozy. Nice ocean view from the room.

Overall its a nice hotel with a lovely view of the ocean and the marina. Room is big, clean and comfy. But the we're having trouble with the bathroom. The sink is leaking and makes the floor wet all the time. The shower room flooded when having shower. Not many choices of food in the dinner buffet for a 4 star hotel. But otherwise, our 2 night stay at the hotel is lovely as we can just sit, relax and watch the ocean from our room.

A good hotel for relaxing and to enjoy the marina view. Superior rooms are cozy.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ensure to call hotel before you arrive. Had to wait an hour for hotel to prepare my room although arrived at 4pm.

exclusive feel with easy access.

provide exclusive and quiet surrounding envirnment especially the stay near to the pool site at late evening. good and attractive night scenary with yatch berthing providing luxury stay feeling.
however, the food and beverage provided during breakfast should be improved further.
another attraction spot is the beach next to the hotel and the cycling is also another activity that could spend time too.

Great location but a bit far from seaside

The hotel is very easy to find. When we entered the hotel, all the security guide are very friendly and helpful. However, the receptionist has attitude problem. We reached there earlier with a 8 months baby, but no room available yet (check-in out time 12pm, check-in time 3pm, we arrived at 1pm). Waited for an hour but still no news, went to check with her and she saw me walking to the counter and quickly walked to the back and did not attend me. Luckily the manager is good and upgrade us to a room and let us check-in first, and she was so unhappy and show 'black face' and purposely do my check-in slowly..so angry ! other than that, all is fine except the seaside a bit far to walk to...

Best, Cheap, High class hotel

So far this is the best hotel that i stayed with my wife... the hotel is so nicely decorated and the room is the best... the customer service is so friendly... would be back for 2nd time... the only not so good is the PD doesnt have good seafood... so i will back for the hotel stay but not the seafood around the town area.

Cosy place to stay with nice view

We had a good time staying here.
The service is satisfying, though there were many people lined up during the check out, it didn't take too long for them to settle.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Since there is no private beach in this hotel,we can only enjoy the view of cruises. Maybe you should try one of the cruises, Catiana provided by the hotel.
