Beautiful view but lacked basic room comfort!

I was most disappointed that for the price, there was no real warm welcome to the room like a basket of fruits and a vase of flowers like most other hotels would provide for such a room!
The first day, there was no bath mat or hand towel! There were dried up coffee stains on the kettle and both power points didn't work! There was no newspaper on the third day before leaving! So all in all, it was rather disappointing at the outcome of this trip.

Good for a short holiday from KL. Good pool for dipping and great fountain for the kids pool. View from the deck is great but nothing great from our room. You may need to pay more for sea view room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are looking mcdonalds like I did, go to the PD town and keep to your left. There is a big sign.

Hassle-free check in, i booked on the same day, and check-in with no waiting time (i check-in about 4 pm)
Rooms was okay.At first, the bulb in our room is out, but we called them to replace it. And they don't provide towel at first, but with one call, the housekeeping people responded right away.
Furniture and fittings looks a lil bit dated.
Breakfast was good, but prefer if we have more selection.

Overall the room is nice...but if you need double bed need to register at counter asap as there are very limited king size bed for each room type; and try to reach the hotel earlier as you might not get the room key by 3pm as too many guests there request late check out which made your check in delay as well.
The parking lots also not enough if you come in late as you may park your car quite far away from the hotel lobby.
Breakfast is not bad.
The room rate is reasonable with such a clean, big, and comfortable bed.

I will recommend my friends and families to stay here again.

Great location but expensive food

overall the stay was good. my family and i enjoyed our stay there. great service, nice hotel features, clean and comfortable. the only complaint was the food was quite expensive, although it is a place for tourist. it is a good place for couples and family that hop for a short vacation of stay.

Large room and with private beach.

Location is OK. 15 mins to Port Dickson town center. Large room. Food is not tasty. Bathroom clogged and smelly. Bedroom has mosquitoes. Beach & sea water is dirty. Won't stay there again.

Good location but disappointing stay

This was my second stay. We booked a studio the first time and everything was great. This time around, things were disappointing.
1. Our room, which was booked earlier, was given away to some travel agent and his lot and the hotel had to scramble to get us another room.
2. The room was not well-equipped - no hand towels, shower cap or toothbrushes.
3. The room was dirty and dusty in certain areas.
4. The knob/lever in the shower broke.
5. There was a cockroach running wild in the room.
6. The buffet breakfast seemed to have less variety and didn't taste as good.
Restaurant Tip:
Head down to Kim's Seafood Restaurant at the waterfront - yummy, meaty crabs there.

decided on this hotel for a one night stay in port dickson after reading the reviews online and it was a great choice! the hotel room & facilities were worthy for the price paid. the only con probably was the food selection available, quite limited. other than that, i would rate it as a good choice especially with the private beach.
