i had a good stay with friendly, polite and attentive staff. the bad reviews were during super peak periods such as public and school holidays. i went during off peak on a thursday afternoon for a night so i did not encounter the overcrowding problem. the rooms were big and fully equipped and i liked the guard house before the hotel so that outsiders cannot come in and park. the only problem is that the hotel does not provide internet connection in the room or lobbt be it wireless or broadband and you can't pay for it either as it simply does not exist. there is wireless at the restaurant but you would need to eat there to utilise it and frankly speaking, eating at a hotel in pd for dinner would be a waste of the lovely seafood restaurants nearby. other then the internet issue, the hotel is fantastic. the hotel provides a yacht ride for 2 hours at additional costs departing the hotel marina from 530pm and 9am. this is quite unique as i don't think any other pd hotel can have a yacht to fetch you from the hotel's doorstep!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for a room overlooking the marina for great sea views.

Overall great. Rooms are clean however some electrical appliances should be replaced with new units i.e the air conditioning in our room are not properly maintained as it takes very long to cool the room and the swivel is defunct.In addition toilet doors(Yes two of them)is not properly working.
Nevertheless the yachts docked nearby are definitely a nice view at night. Will definitely come again.

Lovely hotel but could have been better

we arrive at 3.45pm and surprise our room not ready yet. have to wait for an hour. when in to the room light bulbs in bathroom fused and commented to housekeeping ( i think the lady supervisor). waited for half and hour still no maintenance show up. have to make second call to reception desk to get respond. thumbs up to housekeeping staff who took care level 7. nice chap and very hardworking.
overall good stay, breakfast with a good view of marina but the breakfast spread could have been improved. plus point to the large swimming pool. definitely good selling point especially family with kids.
Restaurant Tip:
try seafood restaurant "Seaview". their chilli crab is so nice.

Comfortable bed and varity of choices for breakfast. Large swimming pool. High quality of furniture provided in hotel room. However, the music played outside the hotel is too loud until you can hear it from inside of your room.
