Great hotel for families with young children
Private beach, petting zoo, great staff

We had an excellent time at the hotel with our 10 month old boy.
The private beach was great for families with children (although the hotel could have tried to keep it cleaner!)
Plenty of other activities for the kids, we especially loved the petting farm and there was a beautiful peacock roaming around as well.
The rooms were spacious although I felt like the lighting was a bit too dimmed (perhaps to accommodate the honeymooners but too dimmed for a mother sorting out her baby!)
The porters were great as well as we didn't want to have to lug our bags from the lobby to the water chalet as it was quite a walk.
It was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

It was a relaxing getaway. Had a fantastic spa experience. The children really enjoyed themselves and it was safe to leave them to explore on their own. The resort was children friendly and the kids had a great time listening to the band at the lounge.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the resort's signature water chalet for 3 days 2 nights in june 2012.
We were given the outer most room which faced the sea. The view was magnificent; imagine waking up to sound of waves the every morning and gazing at stars till you fall asleep at the convenience of your own balcony( they provide bench chairs ). The staff were polite, very courteous and greeted us whenever we met.
I would say that is great place if you want to take a break from the hectic city life but i cant imagine anyone staying there for more then 3 days. Simply because there wasnt much to do at port dickson though there are a list of activities hosted by the resort. In the morning, you get to feed the frock of chickens, bunnies and even peacocks that roams freely on the resort. There are also water activities, gym, ping pong, etc etc at your convenience and thats about it. yes its a great hotel, but the lack of things to do made it a little boring.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nothing much to do in port dickson other then sightseeing. Though its a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life, i cant imagine anyone who would stay there for more then 3 days.
