Hotel that cater for all members of family, with Petfarm, white sand beach, child care center, restaurants, pools for adults and children, etc. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Pool servicing/maintenance shouldn't be done on Friday but on other weekdays/offpeak time. The pool table next to the children pool no longer in place. This is our 5th stay at the hotel and we totally agree with the rating given (best hotel in PD). We shall continue coming here if they maintain and upkeep the facilities as they are currently doing. We enjoyed the coconut picking session last time we stayed there, but we were told that this is no longer in place. Hope they change this and make it available in future. Should have broom as standard in all chalets. Umbrella were very useful at times.
Restaurant Tip : You can have cheap seafood meal (BBQ) at nearby PD oldtown beach resaurant. The seafood is fresh and cost almost nothing for the amount serve.

3. Telecommunications are weak It was a first time we celebrated festive christmas at Avillion PD. I have to say it was a very pleasant and unforgettable trip. Although when the room assigned wasn't yet clean up when I at the door, but the team work and quickie speed shown by the staff were great! They helped to clean the room in less than 20 minutes. The great smile have on the waitresses and receptionists warm our days spending in the resort.
We've secure one Garden Chalet unit as accommodation, the room is clean, nice setup and very much home-oriented, the only to address was the safety box has broke down and hasn't yet repair. We appreciated the every details taking care of the management, during the Xmas eve night, we found a little gift inside the sock hang on the door knob wishing us Merry Christmas. Isn't it lovely? I say yes. Food and beverage served at Crow's Nest and The Gallery Lounge are good. And, Avi spa is great! We definitely love it!
Lastly, their expertise and help are certainly appreciated.

Value for money, location (nice beach within easy reach of KL) quality accommodation and facilities, excellent well-trained, polite staff, good food a little more choice on a la carte menus We found the Avillion Port Dickson ideal for a family holiday. We stayed in the Water Chalets which are well appointed and accommodated we three comfortably. The are lots of activities for children (petting zoo, carnival activities, pools). We found the staff most helpful and unfailingly polite. Our package included a buffet breakfast which offerred wide choice. for the grown ups there was a seperate adults-only pool if you wanted to get way from the noise of the family pools, a gym and a choice of eating and drinking venues. The only, and minor gripe, was the evening dining choices. While there was an evening dinner buffet we felt it a little overpriced, while the a la carte menu, though reasonably priced, had quite limited choices. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 3D/2n stay and would recommend it, particularly for families.

The resort is near the beach complete with facilities. The fixture and fittings are old and the temperature of the aircon in our room is faulty. Cell phone signal for Maxis is almost none. This is 3rd consecutive year we have spent our year end holiday in Avillion and we still like the place very especially the swimming pools and pool side restaurant. Our kids love the pool and the pizza.
However, I feel that the management should replace the old furnitures and check the condition of the aircon and pressure Maxis communication to put up a tower near the resort as it is very frustrating that not able to connect to Maxis.

beds in the room , pet feeding, hotel cleanliness, open roof toilet not enough facilities to occupy children for the whole day. table tennis table needs to repair This is my second trip to Avillion Port Dickson. The open roof toilet, the staffs, the food, the cleanliness of the place, the beach set me off to this resort again. I brought along my two children this trip, the elder one age 10 enjoyed the facilities however not enough to occupy him the whole day. Maybe there should be more sea sport facilities and activities. My younger girl age 1 loves the pool slide too. Food can be more authentic if possible. Wanted to stay for more days but room rate is abit too costly especially the deluxe water chalet

Love the adult swimming pool The room is small and old. 5 star hotel with 3 star hotel service. The bed sheets were not clean, found a big brown spot on the day bed sheet We had two rooms and have three people in each room. Only one room key was given for each room, we asked for additional room and the the staff promised to deliver to our room but never happened. One of the room was having air condition problem, we called and waited more than two hours to have someone came to the room to take a look at the problem. Some kids were playing the phone and call our room more than ten times from 1pm - 6pm. We contacted then front desk and hope they can do something, we were told they will find out where the phone calls were made by checking their phone system,no result.

Very nice place, nice room. Staffs can communicate well in english. unless u just want to relax in the room, which is good enough, if not there is nothing much around the hotel My wife and myself likes the hotel very much as our intention is to relax and layback. i must say it is a beautiful place. Espcially the water chalets. There is almost no problem with the staffs as everyone speaks english. Will definately be in our list of places to return for short holiday.
Restaurant Tip : there's some chinese resturant selling very good seafood at very reasonable price. the one would be the saturday street market which you can find lots of local food.

Views
Quality of food Great hotel - excellent rooms, nice staff, lovely views. I stayed for one night and must say the hotel is excellent, the quality of food and the quality of the room would warrant a much higher price anywhere else in the world. I would stay again. Despite the weather it was a great stay and wish I'd stayed longer.

Excellent facilities, private beach, nice pools Carpark, lots of mosquito, not friendly to wheelchair/stroller aceess, loud band until 11pm+ With respect to the amenities and facilities, it is not difficult to understand why Avillion is rated 5 stars. However, accessibility is a major weakness of this hotel. First, the carpark could be located within the compound of the hotel, instead of across the ever busy main road which was always packed with raging cars. Second, many locations are only serviced by staircases without any ramps for wheelchair/stroller access. We found this rather inconvenient while taking our baby out (on stroller) for a walk. From where we stayed (garden chalet), we could hear the band music quite clearly until almost past 11pm+. This could be challenging for family with kids who probably prefer to sleep way before midnight.

The parking bay which its across the main road. For a hotel that rated as 5 stars, its disappointing when you need to ask and pay for toothbrush. I'm expecting that they will provide us with the common necessity in the room like even a 3 stars hotel would. And they charged us for the activities provided as simple as playing the table tennis by hours. Anyway, no doubt it is a tranquil resort that you can escape the city life.
Restaurant Tip : There are a lot of good restaurant along the road on both directions of the hotel. Which array of seafood, Chinese and Malay hawker stalls

It was a big disappointment to paiy high for a very run down hotel. So call water chalet really no big deal. Room facility were poor, low maintenance and not worthwhile to stay.
Bear in mind expensive does not eqipvalent to Quality.
It was a total let down.

Very friendly staff in restaurant and very enjoyable staying in this hotel. Suggested to have airport pick-up services from KLIA to hotel We have stayed for 2 nights and feel very relaxable and enjoyable. The sea-view is excellent and quiet. We have took the romantic dinner in CROW NEST restaurant and the food was very good and services were very good too.The choices of buffett breakfast are satisfactory and
staffs in this restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

It has everything you are looking for from a holiday, great room, pool, beach, kids activity area, Limited food options especially for kids I think if you have kids and you want to have a great time by the beach, the Avillion is the best place to stay, it gives you all the comforts and a whole host of activities which keep the kids bussy from morning to evening
Restaurant Tip : Stay at the Avillion but ok at great eating options outisde, mainly Seafood, the hotel has a good map to guide to these Restaurant outdise
