Checked in wit no power supply. ... waited for 30 mins and finally got it fixed. Then aircon not cold, waited 20 mins and finally they changed room. Overall great n fun experienced.

We had enjoyable stay there, the water chalet was very nice decor and nice view. the resort are was keep and managed very well, clean and they provide good service to customers. We enjoy every single moment there.

The hotel is great for everyone, families with elderly and children, and even couples ;
Great for a short-getaway ;
3 swimming pools for all stages ; But the pools need to be clean regularly!
Nice view (water chalet) ;
Room service - Nice food ;
Very slow upon check-in ; Take note the manager mentioned the check-in time is actually @ 3pm!
Front office staff need to improve in the service ; Not helpful ; Reluctant to give late-check out!

Thoroughly over-rated. Staff attitude needs re-examination - on three separate occasions we encountered (different)staff who informed us of "rules" in a patronising manner (and it was not as if we were making unreasonable requests). The impression I came away with was that these individuals felt good and superior to be able to say no to a guest. The attitude was the worst that I have ever encountered in Asia.
This place is best left for domestic tourists. We will never be back and my suggestion to the reader is to go to Thailand instead.
