the rooms are small, but just right. the beach is disappointed. however, family who drive can always bring the family to other beaches as along the coast, there are many other beaches. what i like most is the customer service. we first complaint about wifi signal is too weak in our room. the technician came almost immediate to reset the router and trying to help, although still weak. next, it's the microwave oven not working, cannot turn on. 5 min after i called, they deliver another oven and swap the faulty one away. i like the support level that they provide and for this, i will recommend others to this resort.
Restaurant Tip:
When dine in at the Glory Resort Restaurant, do not order too much because the portion is very big. For eg. a RM17 pizza is a normal regular size pizza which is enough for 2-3 persons. A set of Chicken Chop (RM15) can be consume by 2.

Hotel was alright but pool was over crowded

The staff at the hotel was reasonably helpful. They were able to assist us with everything. Hotel was fine but there was some smell when we first entered the apartment and the pool was overcrowded with people and they were dressed in long pants and shirt...

ok for one night, but the rooms are budget hotel level, need renovation urgently. The pool is crowded, the beach dirty. The staff don't even dare to say "good evening", when You check in.
However, we enjoyed the lounge and a very good Phillipine live band.

Dated Hotel and poor location and poor maintenance

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night (3 bedroom business deluxe). there's 2 room and 1 small room. interior is not that clean as the floor is a bit sticky. the kitchen is dated and need some upgrade. fridge is old and smelly. you need to request for remote from the reception desk as they wont send it to your room. WiFi is available but the password need to be obtain from the front desk also. water pressure is slow and the water is not clean (ie not clear). better to buy some mineral waters from nearby 7-11 or sundry shop. the toilet pump are not working properly. you cant swim at the beach at the hotel. so for its rate, it is definitely a rip off. you can get cheaper rates from the individual units. usually the owners will offer you the units upon your arrival at the hotel parking lot. so if you have other option, i dont recomend this hotel.

Unfriendly Hotel & Poor Service Hotel

During my check-in, there was no order of attending to customers. I was there standing right in front at the counter but the staff ignored me and just attend to others who came after me. I was quite upset but had to be patient. Their attitude made me feel like I owed them a living! I spent RM833 for 2 nights stay to receive bad service at the Reception. When I wanted to turn on the TV, there was no remote control. When I called reception, they said I had to ask for it! why put a TV in the room with no remote control? I asked why they didn't tell me that I NEED TO ASK FOR IT on checking-in?? Ridiculous! More than that, they asked me to give them RM50 deposit. I said I hv already paid RM100 deposit and why this? They said that is the rule! I went downstairs to ask for it & was given one WITHOUT having to pay the deposit! Seems the rule change as and when the girls like! When I wanted to turn on astro channel, it did NOT work! I had to complain again, calling them 6 times & they refused to answer the phone in the night! I tried logging into Internet, but there was no connection. I chose this hotel because they advertised that they have WIFI. Nothing worKed! had to go down again and saw the girls sitting there and another on the phone chatting. I asked why they did not answer phone & got no answer. Earlier in the afternoon, I took my girls to the pool and there was no staff at the booth, no pool towels! waited almost an hour and then went to reception to complain n they said that they will arrange for it to be sent. After waiting for another hour, we gave up! We were there for almost 2 hours but still no towels. If they accepted our room booking, they must have enough towels & all essentials for use by hotel visitors. Nothing seemed to work. The only commendable thing was the Malay man who came to fix our TV and Wifi connection in the nite. He was pleasant. The place is old & run down. One of the fan sounded like it was about to fall! Can't recommend others..

Nothing great apart from the seaview. The room was dirty with urine's smell that I requested for make up room again and suggested one of the side table which sourced the smell be moved out of the apartment otherwise need other room to stay.
Staff was not trained, advised us with wrong information for the activities organised by the hotel. Thus, we missed the most exciting night program especially for my children.
The buffet breakfast was lousy and not even up to the 3 stars hotel rating. Water supply was really disappointed. Low water preasure and poor conditions of basic cups and glasses.
Not recommended at all. Really not worth the amount that we need to pay, per night for 2 and a half bedrooms.
Travel tip:
None - not recommended at all.
