Not satisfy the hotel condition, very dirty!

1. Very dirty especialy the floor; seen likes no cleaning all the time.
2. No hot water in the master room. Although complain but no come for service.
3. No towel, only provided upon request. We were rented 2 untis of 3 bedrooms, but only provided 6 towels.
4. The wash basin is stucked, no service after complained.
5. No room services for the next day (we were stayed 3 days 2 night there). The rubbish is full and bad smell.
6. Toilet condition no good especilly cab't flash in proper way.
7. No seat for breakfast for the next day as too many visitor. The hotel suspose get ready extra places for it.

the apartment was bad condition espically the room, the dressing table drawer was half broken n the beach was terrible condition. the toilets was very hard to flush. had to flush 3 to 4 times.the internet line was very bad n no access. we will never go back there again. thank you

Comfortable and Value for Money

Check-in was quick as we just need to show the Agoda voucher. The 2 bedroom apartment was ready for us. To our surprise, we got a complementary upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment. Our boys were happy cause they can get a room to themselves. Apartment was clean and fully equip will all the normal amenities. AC was working well. No remote for the LCD TV though but no biggie. One downside was the hot water heater in the master bathroom was faulty so we had to call maintenance to fix. Check-out was fast as well with no hassles. Will definitely go there again for our next PD trip.
