an hour plus ride from kl, a good hotel located near lukut where tons of nice food are just within 5 minute distance. hotel room is large and comfortable for an entire family or groupings. garden suite is located on the other side of the lobby which makes it further to the sea breeze but overall was fine. room is clean even on such peak season (xmas eve)!
Travel tip:
May want to check in around 3pm during peak seasons due to room not ready by stated time. An alternative way is to check-in around 1pm then head to lunch while waiting for the hotel to call back

hotel is poorly maintained. checked in, open sliding door to the pool, the door came off the railing. lift up phone to call housekeeping, the phone cable came off. open the cupboard door to keep the clothes, the handle came off. changed, went into the pool, noticed the bottom of picture frame was missing leaving ugly hooks protruding. went to shower after swim, got burnt by the hot shower tap, no warning whatsoever on the tap head. it is so hot there's no way you can turn off the tap except with an object. not a very nice experience, not worth the more than rm per night.

lovely villa but the private pool is rather small

The check-in process was very fast.We got the key to our villa within 15 minutes. When we had some problems with our toilet in the early hours of the morning their service person came within 10 minutes.

we had tonnes of fun at the hotel. indoor pool was awesome yet the room rates are the one downside. another downside was the tv was oldschool, as we tried to plug in our portable harddrive and it was not supported by tv. 1k/room but cant afford to upgrade to latest lcd? come on!!

My daughter loves it, my wife also.. Can swim anytime we want.. No need to wear proper swimming suit..hehe the pool was clean unlike other place that also hav own pool..will come back next year if got budget...staff were very friendly..layanan yg diberikan sgt bagus although you are just orang biasa saje...; )
