Almost excellent.
Spacious room, great pool, front office is extremely obliging and helpful.

Stayed one night with a family of four kids. room was spacious enuff. pool was great (albeit water kinda cold), front office was very helpful. Enuff actuvities like archery, segway rides were provided complimentary..enuff for the kids to occupy their time..i,ll be back for sure.
Restaurant Tip:
Breakfast at the duyung restaurant is kinda pricey.

Stayed a night here to celebrate my birthday. Although I didn't get any complimentary gifts for my birthdays, not even a card but the staff were very friendly and always serviced me with a smile. Breakfast was the normal affair but the room was very nice can comfy and most importantly clean. Water in the private pool was on the cold side but once you get used to it, it will be pretty nice to just relax there, soaking in the sun.
Hotel Feature Tip:
there will be buggy services to ferry you to and from your room. Just need to dial the extension and they will arrive in no time.

Rooms are Big, Classy Style, Good for Family

I went there for a weekend, we all love the rooms and private swimming pool. Food and Spa are quite expensive so we went outside and had a better seafood and cheaper. Lots of activities that you can do at the hotel but we didn't go fot outdoor activities since it's raining.
Restaurant Tip:
I would highly recommend you to have a nice seafood outside... You can get the hotel to arrange taxi (RM40 for 2-ways) and ask them to go to Kim's seafood restaurant, the service and food were excellent!

my husband and i stayed in the room above the sea at grand lexis and we loved the place very much! we loved the private pool in our big room. we were quite surprise to see a microwave in the room. we will be back soon!

Hotel was well maintained. The rooms were large and extremely spacious with 2 king sized beds. The private pool was the main attraction and the kids were in the pool most of the time

Great Hotel spacious room

Checking in was smooth..taken the buggy ride to the room. The hotel staffs courteous and friendly. The room is big for Executive Suite with 2 king size beds. Order room services on the last night , its takes only 1/2 hours for us to get our meal. Meals taste great.Overall I'm very happy with the hotel.

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite Garden Pool - my family enjoyed the stay especially my sons who would swim at every opportunity. (Just a question - how often do you clean / sanitize the pool water?)
The room was comfortable though the 'pantry' area was rather small. No complain about the room - service was good, fast - but should provide towel for free for extra persons in the family, after all the room is furnished with 2 king size bed but with only 2 towel and another 2 (blue towels) for the pool.
The restaurant (Duyong I think)was ok - the food can be improved but during peak hours it can be quite crammed with so many people. The breakfast menu was great but the dinner was not so good (not many choices, good ones). The waiter (the new and young ones) need to be re-trained - service industry is ALL about service - we had to ask the waiter to clean up a table for breakfast - took them a long time to do it (maybe a lot of people) - then we asked them to put the fork & spoon and tissue - no one came (even after repeated request), we had to take them ourselves!!!
Parking is a problem - people seem to park wherever they like around the deluxe suite garden pool area - maybe they are not told that there are ample parking space from 3rd floor upwards.
The beach was rather 'far' and we had to share with the residents of the resort next door.
Overall we enjoyed our stay there in the deluxe room garden pool.
Travel tip:
Try and arrive at the hotel during off peak season i.e. not school holiday or public holiday.
