Excellent hotel and service but poor food quality
the best hotel i've ever stayed in

the hotel room is excellent with a private plunge pool. especially great for the kids. friendly staff.
however, checking in was only allowed at 2.30 p.m. complementary breakfast was disappointing. not only that they had limited choices but also the quality of food served was very poor. if only the hotel improves on the food, this could have been the perfect holiday for us.
Nightlife Tip:
Drive out Medan Ikan Bakar Majlis Perbandaran Port Dickson at night to enjoy fresh seafood.

Nice room but not really nice beach

The rooms features are quite good with private pool and spacious room. The surrounding area like beaches are not so nice. Need to queue up quite long time to check in and check out. The breakfast are not good enough like local food nasi lemak and bread available.

Private swimming pool is the best. Super fast service. Great food. Room is very huge with 2 king size beds.

I would recommend people to come here. The private swimming pool is so nice and clean. The service is great. I would recommend to those who have small kids to come here as they can swim the whole day while the parents laze on bed watching them. The food is good but could be better. The breakfast has a lot of variety. For those who wants to swim at the beach, you may do so but you have to walk a bit. Strongly recommended and worth the price.

i must say thank you a million times to a friend of mine for suggesting this wonderful yet heavenly premise. the private pool was the craze for my children.my husband and i truly enjoyed the bicycle ride around the hotel and the free wifi service.truthfully the hotel's environment is clean and friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurant Chardin Sea View Seafood Village is another spot visitors to this hotel should feel free to drop by for a lavish dinner.

We live in kl and wanted to go for a quick holiday during the weekend. As we stepped into the room we were amazed with the interior of the room and so excited to jump into the pool. my 2 years old daugther who was actually afraid of water wouldnt want to come out! the service was great and the food at the restaurant were quite nice.definitely would come back!

Room is big with 2 kingbed. Private pool in the room is great for children.

Stay is quite nice. Private pool in room is great for young children. Pool in executive pool villa is better than sky pool as sky pool is upstairs and water is too cooling.
Restaurant Tip:
Nasi Lemak at the breakfast spread is good!

Nice location. The room quite big with 2 king size bed. The room attached with private pool. My children enjoy swimming. There are so many activities we can do like cycling, karaoke, workout, massage etc. Everything ok only checkin quite slow bcoz we arrived at 3pm but only can enter to teh room after 4.15 (the room are not ready)

Nice place for a short vacation

I am quite happy with my stay at Grand Lexis except the fact that they charged me few hundred for the water chalet that comes with sea view. I find this quite annoying as it looks like they are into high gear to make money and not keeping to their commitment when reservation was made.
Other than that, the staff, place,pool,gym are worth spending money.
