Unexpected upgrade of villa and its BEAUTIFUL!! private pool were slightly cold for our liking but was very exclusive. All the Hotel Staff that me and my Hubby had met were very friendly. Food is very good and fantastic service. Will go back again.

Staff were courteous right from the security guard till housekeeping. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the private pool very much. Lots of activities be it indoor or outdoor. Totally worth the money spent. Will be back for sure.

This is our 2nd stay at Grand Lexis Port Dickson (our previous stay was still Legend Intl Water Homes). We had a great stay at the Grand Garden Pool Villa (upper floor unit). Room size was very generous for a family of four and we had so much fun with the kids in the private pool. We also enjoyed ourselves at the hotel's main pool including the kids' theme wadding pool with slides and etc. However, the buffet breakfast was painfully doubtful. Food variety & quality could be improved. Paying more than RM 750 for a room and only getting 2 breakfast vouchers with the food we experienced is a real letdown. On the other hand, we wished that the hotel could be more thoughtful like having rubberized floor mat at the doorway from the private pool to the room (tiled floor is slippery when wet and my kid actually slipped and fell). It could have been even better if more floor towels could be provided because the room floor could get wet easily when having a private pool within the room. Overall, I felt nothing has changed in terms of facilities & services except for the hotel's name and probably the management. But I surely do hope to see more improvements because I want to return for more stay in the future.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Should you book the Grand Garden Pool Villa, you have a choice of the upper or lower unit. I've checked into the upper unit with the outdoor private pool. I also got a chance to see the lower unit, which to my opinion, the lower unit actually looks better than the upper unit with bigger pool and garden in terms of size. Drawback is that the entire pool in totally enclosed within the unit with no sun-light.

My family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel is new, deco is up to date and the best thing is we have our own swimming pool. My girls can swim whenever they wish to. The breakfast they served is good too. Even though the price is on the high site, but we think it is acceptable as not many hotel in Malaysia offer own private pool.
