We check in late due to no room were ready. The staff gave me a later check out time to compensate this but fail to put it at the remark section making other staff charge me when I check out at the said time. And there were no extra towel provided not eve pool towel as they have pool in the room.
Room were not so clean. There were hairball in the bathroom area. Pool area were dusty but overall was ok. At least we had fun in the room because of the pool.

Major problem with the hotel management. The check-in system sucks! We were supposed to check-in at 3pm but we only got our room at 5pm after multiple checking with the reception. The front desk didn't know how to handle our situation and just keep us waiting without giving us a proper explanation. All the guests were just waiting and complaining at the lobby due to the same issue, really a waste of our time!

The pool villa room is large and very spacious, very comfortable beds, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, including the guards. Great facilities and activities available.

Staffs were helpful and friendly. Buggy service was good, they even recognized your car without the need to direct them to the location of the parked car.
The breakfast was bad though, definitely not worth the money of per head.
