beware of the receptionist
immoral attitude receptionist

the receptionist placed us in the standard room at first.. this is a standard room after we confirmed with the cleaner there. therefore, an extra bed could not fit in it.but, the receptionist firmly said that is the mesra deluxe that we booked.after argue with her, she changed us to the room . i guess this is the correct room we booked.please check for those who decide to stay here..this is immoral attitude receptionist.....

Good WiFi, Helpful Staff, Close to beach and shops (by car)

if you have your own transport, the hotel is close to the teluk kemang beach. otherwise, no beach within walking distance. the wifi connection was quite good, but when it was down, it took 2 days to repair. there was a smell in the room. otherwise, comfy enough. good enough for budget travellers.

Worth staying for just a few nights if you are not expecting much. 1 supermarket right next to the hotel, very convenient to get stuff there.

- Dirty Washroom, water was yellowish when first switch on
- There were 2 small holes on the blanket
- No shampoo/body wash was provided
- Very weak WIFI connection, which was only available in hotel lobby and 1st floor
- Most of the staff have difficulty in communicating in basic English
- A bit far from town area and many beaches.

our first impression was good, the lobby not bad. but when reached to our room, the room is small, the washroom was not so clean and only 3 channels on tv can be watched. not worth the money to stay.

It was an enjoyable stay as this hotel was close to the sea. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Food outlets and shopping were rather easy. Guide to the hotel was clear and it was an hour drive from KL to Port Dickson.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nice to walk on the beach during sunset.

Such of discouraged services which the worse hotel as stayed.
1) Did not have umbrella due to heavy rain after check in when we plan to go for lunch
2) The receptionist out of gentle/manner.
3) We are not local visitors once asking how to go "Wet World" and nice place in Port Dickson, the receptionist was replied "No Idea", she not even asked her colleagues or optional solution.
Finally, we would like or hope the management may views/looks into these issues be take place

Overall is not really impressive with this hotel. for budget trip, it may a consider for you.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The location is ok but is not located at the beach.The service is very poor, request for the bath towel, took more than 2 hours to deliver and has to call for twice. No BF provided but the online booking is show with for 2 person. Need to walk carefully on the staircase, too narrow. overall is not satisfy and no local tv channel as well. The water heater old and not function properly.
