Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Nice and clean hotel as it's still very new.

The hotel is new and clean but there are a lot of mosqitos as I got a room on the 1st floor. You got to be careful of that.

Look for croissant there. It's really good

great location and peaceful
observation tower and near to cozy purnama beach well liked by my kids

My first impression was wow what a scenery...
Clean room and pleasant interior suitable for families.
The Purnama beach is awalk away from the hotel and not too crowded suitable for swimming or just relaxing by the beach.
We got the oppurtunity to climb up the observation tower where a giant telescope is placed and with the guidance of pleasant hotel staffs,we viewed Planet Jupiter.
Food was good and I highly recommend Klana Beach Resort.
Travel tip:
Choose a room with a seaview.

good basic room

it is stated that free wifi is available inside the rooms, however we cant even connect to it eventhough we have highlighted to the reception.
unfortunately there is no beach to swim.
tv channels available are tv1, tv2, tv3, astro ria, bbc, disney, cinemax & supersport.
weak reception for digi mobile users & no 3g/e internet connection available

went to port dixon to have a few days on the beach ! this is an ok hotel but no swimming pool while we were there and the beach a bit dirty,the room was ok clean and comfortable and breakfast good. when we got there there was only two other guests staying so very quiet !the hotel has its own observatory attached which at 2130 you can go for free to look at the stars ! it was built at the cost of nearly a million dollars so muslims can check when the moon is coming ! id say the intenet or a phone call would be cheaper but religions madness in this case is our gain ! i walked along to the thistle hotel and used their pools every day . thats very nice

Clean and looks rather new hotel.
Beautiful walkway along the beach.With beach chairs would be wonderful to laze in the evening or night.

Hotel with artistic & creative decor
Mesmerised by the beautiful photo frames of the sky and the stars.

the interior decor of the hotel in line with the hotel's theme & signature is unique and one of its kind. even the children were excited seeing the colourful, bright lights coming from the stars and planets, beautifully photograped by professional cameramen.
the ambience make up for the simple and basic facilities that the hotel has to offer.
wifi works efficiently although those using digi line might get a bit frustrated as the telephone signal is very weak and connections failed a few times.
breakfast was average although the restaurant furnitures are modern and condusive.
