The hotel front desk upgrade our room from premium tower room to premium water chalet. It was so nice! Food for the breakfast is nice and a lot of variety . Environment is good for relaxing trip with family and honey moon. Besides, there is 2 swimming pool which can enjoy the swimming pool at grand lexis as well . If I have chance I will try to stay Grand lexis .
Restaurant Tip:
Lucky restaurant at port Dickson ! Lexis restaurent food also not bad !

Great for a short and relax vacation!
I Like the Water Chalet!!

Due to our Tower Seaview room not yet ready, hence hotel free upgrade us to Water Chalet. I like this very much and that is really awesome! Besides, hotel also prepare the umbrella for their customer. I really feel touch and appreciate for this....
However, hotel did not provide any welcome drink to the guest. As i think this is quite important as the drink is to represent the good start of a wonderful vacation.
Others than that, the hotel breakfast seem quite normal and not much for choose. Hotel should improve on this to make it more value for money.

The room is very large and spacious. The beds are also large. The room is very clean and everything looks new. The toiletries are more than sufficient. Large TV with vcd player. Breakfast is so so only.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring some instant food such as cereals, bread noodles etc so that you no need to leave the room for dining out. The room itself is like a heaven.

Great service but rooms poorly maintained
the rooms are spacious but the hotel has nothing much to offer. no beach and swimming pool is small. gym facility incomplete.

Will not go back there again due to hygiene factors.
The beddings and furnishing are not only tatty but filthy. The bath area and toilet not thoroughly washed. Even the beds are not made properly for the next occupants.
The bedsheets doesn't looked crisp and clean like many hotels.
I have booked 4 other rooms with the hotel directly on the same date of stay, and found all the rooms are in same poorly maintained state.

The deluxe water chalet was okay to stay,

the hotel room was just fine, not very clean but overall was okay. there was a trouble while flushing the toilet bowl, it was not working properly and the kettle was not working either. therefore, we did not have the chance to make ourselves a good cup of morning coffee. also, the water for the hottub is too slow, it took some time to fill up the tub. the buffet breakfast in the hotel was so-so, i did not eat much due to the presentation of food is not nice. overall, it is fine.

Friendly staffs greeted us when we checked in the hotel. The room was clean, although some furnitures looked pretty aged and worned out. Lovely bathroom setting with the big bath tub and skylight shower.
Restaurant Tip:
As you would come out from the hotel leading to the main road, drive up less than 5 mins upwards and you will have an array of selection of food, from seafood restaurants to cafes and fast food outlets.

It was a surprise to our family and my friend's family that our rooms were auto upgraded to Premium Chalet facing sea upon arrival/check in without any extra charges. Our children were very excited and we really enjoyed the stay.
