I booked for Premium Tower but upgraded to Water Chalet without additional charges. Awesome chalet !!! the staff were so good, friendly and helpful especially Buggymen. The breakfast was not so much variaty but the quality is there. Excellent. Thank You Lexis ! Thank You Buggymen ! we'll definately come again.

i had a 2 days 1 night pleasant experience from this hotel. however there are two things to share. if u opted for a seaview room, there is an extra charge of rm which is not mention to users. second thing is that we saw a big cockroach and few small cockroaches in the room. but i guess that is what u get to stay in a water chalet. if u do not want any insects, choose the tower room instead. the swimming pool is actually smaller than it seems. lastly, enjoy your stay!
Restaurant Tip:
there is a nice and special local food to suggest. lucky restaurant. turn left on the junction with main road. travel about 4 km. it is a corner shop on your left. they are famous for curry chicken wrapped in bread. very nice.

Boring but Comfortable

I love the chalet very much, the environment are good just a bit boring. Nothing to do at night, after having seafood dinner. The staff attitude not so good (not in the right mood). Lovely and relax place.

I stayed at a Deluxe Water chalet with a queen bed. room was nice and i did not expect it to be so nice and spacious. there was a seperate room for bathroom, toilet and even a tub which can fit 2 people. from tub u can watch the televison which is located in the bedroom area. inside the room, they have this small glass floor where u can enjoy the view on the beach but mind u water is not very lear, u cant see any fish anyway. from room area just walk mere 10 metres and u can reach a sitting area where u can enjoy the sun set. as i was there on a weekday and it was not a public holiday and school holiday, i was able to enjoy as there is not much people. the room is about 100 metre from reception and pool are but u can always call the buggy service to send u around. pool is not too big but nice with 2 jacuzzi u can use. u can also rent a bike and something that look like a standing motorcycle (the security in airport always ride this thing) for only RM10 for 2 hours. breakfast was nice, however we found some small insect in the porridge which i believe to have come from the walls where the insect had made their home. alerted the staff and they were quick to rectify it, they removed the whole pot of porridge right away and gave us some cookies and apologize. overall staffs were great and smile always with good spoken english even security and bell boy. i would recommend this hotel.

IMO the premium tower seaview is a great place for couples or whoever wanted to get away from city life to just chill and relax. There are other facilities offered in the hotel as well if you ever get bored. Selection of food around the hotel is also quite decent with a number of restaurants available just a short drive away.
