I booked a corner lot unit. The place is spacious; big enough to accomodate 5 families with young boisterous kids. The beach is 10 mins walk down a slope & across a busy road; not recommended to walk if you have young kids. This beach has lots of stalls, boating activities & payable children play area. Overall, the beach is quite well maintained
The house is clean, has minimal furnishing, fridge, microwave oven, small tv, plates, cups & cutlery. The 5 rooms are fully air-cond., a double-bed, small shower cum toilet area. However, they really need to change the pillows.
Another grouse is, there's only 1 ceiling fan for the downstair areas. With the perpetually hot Msian weather, it was really uncomfortable.
Thumbs up for the good service from staff.

great spacious room and good location

5 families stayed in pearl villa is great and enjoying.
No trouble were encountered during my stay for 2D1N.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They even borrow us extra tables and giving us guide.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pantai kemang beach is just right opposite the villa.
Banana boat and water jetski is available there as well as small eateries.
Swimming in the sea is allowed except for certain season.

basically i like the villa and happy with stay, but i think the rate is slightly high. i used to stay at similar villa in cameron highland and melaka before at much lower rate. just walking distance to food stalls and drive few minutes to teluk kemang beach. there are few supermarket, attractive places within few minutes drive.
the villa/ rooms are clean, the front desk is helpful. but there are too many "house rules" stick on the wall like : not allowed to bring pet, no cooking etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
1. A Chinese Temple within 3 minutes drive
2. Not far from lighthouse (5-10 minutes drive)
3. Army museum about 10 minutes drive
4. Teluk Kemang beach (1-2 minutes drive)

The staff service is good. Even offer us 2 bbq pit and steamboat even we didn't ask from him. He do come check us few times by checking every thing is fine .

Old and run down resort

Upon checked-in, found the floor is dirty and later found out one of the room got water leaking once taken shower. Some of the thing do not maintain well like the shower holder almost fell off. Basically, for the money we paid is not worth it.

Just 5 minutes walk to the beach across the road. Clean and convenient to many attracting places in Port Dickson. No. of restaurants nearby, easily to get many type of foods like Chinese food, curry & spicy Malay food. Very suitable for big family of 10 to 12 people, travellers who plan for group gathering. Nice surrounding and money worth villa.
