Not so good. The bath towel was smelly. Bathroom is dirty. Maybe it is old building, i am not so sure. The food also not good. The stall also not variety. The staff not so friendly. This will be my last stay with permaisuri.

I stay 3 days and 2 nights at Permaisuri Resort, for 3 vip room appartment, so nice rooms, big and very confortable for my big family. But the aircorn in a masterbed room , not functioning well. We feel hot.... We move to another room but that room was duty with dust, no housekeeping done before we move in to that room.
2 nights we stay there, but no housekeeping come to clean our room. Why?

Facility substandard compare to rate charging. Service extremely poor. The room are not ready eventhough at 3pm. No towel until 6pm. No bevarages facility such as coffee n tea. Tv very poor channel. No bathroom facility. Main Door cant open the next day. You cant call for help at housekeeping n customer service no. Its ringing but nobody bother to answer the phone. You need to go down to the customer service in main lobby to make a complaint or request. Frt Window n bathroom are not well maintain. Dining hall very poor. Flies everywhere. Plate n cup are not well clean.

The hotel need to improve its service quality.
Location. Access to beach. Quiet.

Quite disappointed with service quality, room condition and choices for breakfast. Not suitable for foreign visitors who look for great vacation spots and friendly services. Checked-in at 4pm but found out that room wasn't cleaned. It was done while we were in the room. Ordered extra bed, but matress was given.
