overall very satisfied with the facilities available, nice food, beautiful scenery, this clean, pristine beaches, swimming areas, except i am not satisfied with the aircond not cold in the room maybe because old fashion aircond, only cold at night, and television also old fashion and channel not clear picture damaged with walk picture, my suggestion to change the tv to flat tv or lcd tv suitable with hotel selesa beach resort as a 4-star hotel and with the rate.

Location is great with ocean view in room. But the toilet don't have toothpaste and toothbrush. The mini bar is empty as well. Overall is nice and comfortable.

Attached with nice beach but the hotel were totally no maintenance at all. The siding door to balcony cannot close tight. I have bought a red wine & thought to chill & noticed the mini refridgerator was not working. End up I went to convenient shop to buy ice cube to chill .
The worst part were the front door. When we wanted to go for breakfast in morning & noticed the front door cannot lock . I was shocked & we could have not looked the door yesterday night. We have been tried for 10 mins . Lastly we can the operator to send someone up to check on the door. Surpricingly , once the maintenance guy checked & the door back to normal.

lovely hotel but poor facilities

hotel management need to upgrade their facilities and room condition..nothing change since we were here last two years.. We got our room facing the pool in first floor.the curtains are broken,can't move it.. old small television with poor poor poor channel.. bathroom condition are quite clean , but got broken pipe.sink always block.. luckily we didn't spend much time in hotel room..the beach and pool are ok..it is not the best place in pD but overall it's ok laa.. location are good.. not so far from the town, and near makan2 place..
