Good stay!! Worth it with some flaws
Location, Swimming pool
The good: location, pool is amazing, beach was clean with free Jet Ski and other water sports for hotel guests which we used a lot. The bad: We had 2 Garden view rooms, the view was fine but the rooms were pretty bad. Old furniture, old everything, looked like a dungeon...

Swimming pool, lobby, room
Very pleasant with the staffs, lobby, swimming pool, carparks etc etc. Only complaint was bit too many flies esp at the restaurant. They should do something about it.

Suitable vacation for family
Big swimming pool, lot of games and jogging track
There are lot of facilities at the hotel except the karaoke room still under renovation upon my stay at the hotel.

Not okay..
Not good.. it took me more than 30 mins to check in.. and i booked for seaview but gave me a garden view (downgrade) without even informing me.. i just realize it when i went to the room.. and when i go back to the concierge the staff told me that no more room available.. how can this happen as i fully paid without cancellation.. then he didnt told me about the situation of to downgrade the room.. the staff dont even say sorry for this instead he didnt attend to me urgently.. i ask for his supervisor but he didnt call his supervisor and said an alibi that he found a room.. wow! Now he got room after i was hysterically asking him and didnt agree that there is no room.. then he said i can get my things in the room(not even bothered to help me get my things huh!) Then when i come back he said he still need to check the room and i need to what.. dammit after a long queue for check in coming from anlong drive.. again! Didnt even apologize for this! And even left me and keep me waiting..
