I booked an executive room thinking it was the only type available according to Agoda. In other words Agoda gave me no other choice and I needed a room on that date in particular. I didn't know any other hotels in Seremban (by experience) so didn't want to take a chance. It was a lovely room - I have no complaints about it. The only thing I wanted brought to my room was some ice cubes but try as I might no one was able to accomodate my request. I tried Tiffin and the concierge but alas, no ice.

Great Location! Lovely Hotel and Top notch Service

I like the private parking facility as well as the nice view from the hotel room. Got the overview of the entire city from where i stayed.
Was warmly welcome and the check in experience was absolutely great. I cannot ask for more for the rates i am paying for. Excellent Service!

You must try the Seremban Siew PAu when you are there!

Very thankful I was upgraded to an executive room without any charges. They provide wide range of buffet breakfast but unfortunately I arrive late (around 10:20am) so the staff ask me to quickly take my food because they have to clear up....can't remember the reason she gave me. Anyway that's ok because she help me to take the food....she's very helpful.
I like this hotel and will come back (also will recommend to friends/relatives).
This is very important : The hotel should or rather must provide a hose instead of using plastic container for washing. Sincerely hope the management know what I mean.

this is the 2nd or 3rd time i'm staying at this hotel. this time around i was upgraded to a room on the club floor. the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable with quality furnishings. however, i dont see much benefits at the club lounge. usually breakfast is served at the lounge but i had to go down to the coffee house to get my breakfast. such a waste of space! other than that, the stay was enjoyable.
