The reception is pretty unfriendly. Pool is very dirty but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. House keeping was good but reception needs improvement. Breakfast was great, excellent choices.

I must say is great and plesant stay .Staff are friendly.I took a cab to the teminal 1 right at the lobby. Good breakfast .Temp me to stay longer to enjoy the breakfast. Good view of the city . Clean and the house keeper are polite .

Limited choices in Seremban
IAll the other hotels in Seremban are 2-stars so aside from Klana, this is the best option

(I travel mostly for work, but every now and then I squeeze in some personal trip in between assignments so that means I get to stay in all types of hotels/inns- from a hostel with star rating zero to 5-star hotels, depending on who’s paying (clients, office, myself); I also adjust my expectations according to how much the room costs. But these are some things I consider important ‘extras’, and if I get two or more of this from my hotel room, I am happy.]
COFFEE: instant coffee in the room; coffee at the breakfast buffet- burnt or stale or weak
Pillows and Sheets: comfy and clean.
Towels: Not bad- clean
Flooring: carpeted; has stains and not that clean, you don’t want to walk barefoot (it was cleaner in the rooms on the executive floor- it has the same layout and furniture but cleaner)
TV channels: Limited, has international news channels at least, movie & sports channels
