Great location but small rooms
Good location in Shah Alam.

Smack in the middle of Shah Alam with restaurants and malls in the vicinity. But the hotel is old with signs of wear and tear everywhere. But the staff is polite and provide good service though.
Nightlife Tip:
There is no night life in Shah Alam.

Check in was fast, the room was clean and tidy. This hotel has been around for many years but the facilities are mostly in good working condition. The TV need to be replaced though, no flat screen TV as yet.

really disappointed and upset about swimmg pool under maintenance. actually i purposely checkin to this hotel to spend my time with my daughter at swimming pool but it was not mentioned in agoda that swimmg pool is under maintenance.

Lovely hotel. The location was good, easy enough to find by road. No need to worry about finding food as it is near to many nice food places, just have to explore. Good if you are driving. Defintely worth paying for the room. Has a nice view of the mosque. Parking was easy too, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The experience was simply great.
The area though is not a shaopping belt or tourist area like KL. however those who enjoy the quiteness of beng away from the city, this is the hotel to be.
Breakfast was also good with many choices to choose from.

For those who want to rest and relax, can try the hotel spa.

An average hotel and bad location
Quiet and relaxing environment. Buffet breakfast is the best part of the hotel

Location is not convenience from airport to hotel. The taxi fee is expensive from airport to hotel and the taxi driver would charge you more higher. Hotel to sunway pyramid mall is about 15mins drive but the taxi fee still expensive. Staying a night at the hotel, I spent almost rm250 for only paying the taxi fees, just to airport and sunway pyramid mall.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Choose your location wisely, if you choose a hotel for staying a night for transit or connecting flight like me, better not, its just make you spend more unnecessary money

The hotel are good the free breakfast are fantastic, the free dinner would be better to add more menu and free buss should be added more variaty of places and time could be random.
Restaurant Tip:
Add more variety of menu especially the premier lounge.
