A bit devastated this time around

I've reviewed in satisfaction for my previous stay here, but it's a different case this time. Due to the peak season, we were given a room exactly at the end of the walkway. The light at the walkway is much dimmer than the rest, and one was already blown maybe. It will definitely freak me up if I weren't traveling with my family. Felt less secure.
The bedside lamp flickers and we request for a change so no issue on that. It's just that expect Superior type guest rooms to have faulty issues like what I experienced before.
One thing that got me taken aback was the rooms service. I called for a room service at 10:40pm, and according to the menu, the service ends at 11pm. I was not entertained since according to the reception, the service ends at 10pm. Well, clearly not stated anywhere. What's even more surprising is when I saw a traveller's review on TripAdvisor with a deluxe executive room that she requested for a room service at wee hour of 3am and it was entertained. Was it because I stayed in Superior?
