Concorde Shah Alam though quite far from Kuala Lumpur city center does have its own charm and perks. Nestled within the city of Shah Alam it exudes the calmness of a well structured and managed city different and away from the hustle bustle of Kuala Lumpur. It provides a nice array of in situ eateries which are affordable and of high quality. It is quite near with the Subang airport terminal thus seems to be a good choice for flyers using that airport.
Restaurant Tip:
The new arabic restaurant in the hotel is quite nice and interesting. The food is good and most important is that they are reasonably priced.

my family very comfort when staying here. strategic location with nearest to shopping mall & 'restaurant good view, staff hotel very friendly and also the facilities is well managed.
my wife very like the 'nasi lemak daun pisang' menu as well as other variety foods prepared and serve during breakfast.
the cost is affordable with the facilities provided

Although with great and accessible location, perhaps service staff should be as great as well. I booked a day earlier via mobile app, and requested for a King-size bed and late arrival at 6pm. Upon arrival, I was issued my key and went up to my room only to see 2 single beds (I called immediately to check if they had the room I wanted, alas, the receptionist said they were running full-house). I also found a dirty bathroom (handtowels were hanging at the back of the bathroom door - if it were clean, it should be on the towel rack!) and a broken AC. That was a disappointment. The next day, after an early breakfast, I requested from reception for a room change as well as to explain my encounter with the hand towels. I was promised for a room I wanted after 2pm, which I did. So there, customer service was put on balance.

the hotel is nicely situated with nearby eateries and shopping complexes. the room is nice and clean. the smell is refreshing. the staff is serving with lots of smiles. the hotel is not far from the grand mosque of shah alam and the famous lake of shah alam. very nice place to stay and relaxing for business traveller.

3rd time staying here as not that far from a hospital inbSection 17. Do have problems with room access cards. Breakfast menu almost standard. Good point is staff.

I booked a double bed in advance but got two single bedroom instead. I had no choice as they ran out of rooms. Rooms were a bit small but manageable.
Restaurant Tip:
Attended a wedding dinner here and food was surprisingly good for hotel standards. Buffet breakfast spread wasn't too bad either.
