Excellent service and support for the tour purpose
High speed Internet allowed me to work from the comfort of my rooms
9.7
I enjoyed the ease with which I could do business from the hotel. The concierge services were great for arranging transport to the local venues I had to go to. I liked the smiling reception I received every time I asked for a particular service. The food was good too with lots of choice.
Restaurant Tip:
Best to eat at the hotel unless you had a business dinner elsewhere. Good food, great service and very economical.

Clean, Average hotel in need for maintenance
5.7
The hotel was clean. The food was un appetizing. The especially packaged mineral water tasted horrible. The staff was nice and polite. But if just for its cleanliness ( despite the age old fittings and furniture) Its worth staying if staying in Shahalam.

Hotel Feature Tip:
Location of the hotel just nearby industry area and were good for all business and even oversea staff staying to. Furthermore, it just take 15mins for hotel to Subang Airport if your flight departure from that close area.

Comfortable
Large room, friendly staff, good fitness center, fantastic pool
8.7
Dining room staff seemed a little overwhelmed during breakfast.
Air conditioner didn't always work right.
There were smoking guests on non-smoking floor (at least it smelled that way).

Nice Hotel, Strategic location
Nice Room, not small not too big just perfect. Shuttle Available. Near Mosque
7.7
I stayed here during my last business trip. It is nice hotel, room was perfect, shuttle available (to Sunway Piramid, Subang Parade, also to the mosque only for Subuh and Friday prayer).
Breakfast food is quite vary. Food stall or restaurants are available next to hotel in Plaza Masalam.
What I dont like is the LIFT! kinda old and scary.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Plasa Masalam (next to the hotel) plenty of restaurants for your need.

Old hotel in a quiet city
Spacious room, strong water pressure
4.3
The hotel facade and lobby is quite impressive, things started to deteriorate after check in. Carpets in the elevator bank were very shabby and worn. Carpets in the corridor and the room were the same and looked quite dirty. The hotel did not provide slippers and I had to keep my shoes on in the room.
Superior room : decor was old and visibly worn, TV was an old huge box, window overlooking the back of the building with a partial view of the pool, clean bathroom with a shower and tub, shower amenities.
Bed : was given a twin room with 2 hard, lumpy beds. One bed creaked as I sat on it, even though I am what most people call petite (45 kg). There was just one pillow each but as I was traveling alone, I was able to use both pillows to make myself more comfortable. The linen smelled musty, I seriously question the last time they were laundered.
Breakfast : there were quite a variable option of the breakfast spread, but I only stayed 2 nights so that may be the case.
I ventured into the gym for some cardio workout one afternoon and it further confirmed the hotel as old and in need of a major overhaul.
There is a shopping center across the street from the hotel providing some dining options (several cafes, a Subway, juice bar) and a supermarket.
There are quite a lot of taxis waiting just outside the lobby of the hotel, however I had the most unpleasant experience with them.
The hotel has a shuttle to several shopping malls (Subang Parade and Sunway Pyramid) and the Blue Mosque. I planned to get the 7 PM shuttle to Sunway and return on the 9 PM back. But the 9 PM return shuttle turned out to be for those going on the 4 PM shuttle from the hotel and I had to make my own way back to the hotel. As haggling with taxi drivers who didn't want to use their meters wasn't on my agenda, I had to cancel the trip.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taxis in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas for daily travel are a nightmare! Do your research and find recommended taxis or drivers to take you if you intend to move around quite a lot.

Hotel environment is nice but traffic is noisy
8
The hotel environment is just nice but due to traffic flow beside the hotel, it's a little bit too noisy during night time. I would suggest that the Hotel management can do something that can reduce the disruption of the traffic like acoustic insulation. Thanks.
