Tricky roads to get there but well worth it

Cheap for a very good class hotel in KL.

Just that far away from Bukit Bintang, shopping areas etc.

This is my first time buy the hotel under agoda.it's was wonderful when the price is affordable for everyone and the hotel that your team arrange for me, is quite nice. Blue wave team can be example to other hotel workers by showing them with the excellent service. A nice hotel to stay for a family vacation. The room is suitable for a family with 2 small kids as it is provided with 2 super single beds with 4 pillows.
Some suggestions for continuous improvement:
1. Provide LCD television in the room.
2. More variety on selection of food for breakfast.
One night stayed in this hotel was enjoyable and satisfaction. Wish to stay longer in the next visit. Thank you.

When we arrive in the room we are really surprised as they had gave us a suite instead of deluxe room because rooms are unavailable at that time. I would praise this kind of service as customer comes first and they adhere with the bookings without any questions. They really know what to do to Agoda customers. Maybe because a lot of them chose this hotel. Highly recommended!
