This is a good medium priced hotel that includes a basic breakfast and has free wifi.
Previous reviews have made comment about the condition of the carpets, this is currently being fixed.
The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.
The restaurant meals that I had we're very enjoyable, I really liked the mushroom roll.
I have no problems in recommending this hotel to future travellers to Sibu
Nightlife Tip:
Try the bar at the RH , it is an easy walk from the Orchid Hotel

The room was acceptable, parking was scarce (i juts dont get the reason why the parking space was blocked), the parking area was not really well lit, airconditioning worked but it was not cold.

Hotel is tired! Needs renovation
Away from the City center.

Hotel was not friendly and there is no urgency to help you.
They claim it will be renovated soon, so now nothing they want to do for you. Pillows are very hard. TV has no remote control.
Sorry! I will not want to stay in this hotel again.

room is clean, standard amenities, a bit expensive though, not really value for money, located on downtown, as sibu is not a very big city, major sight-seeings are within walking distance, breakfast also standard but menu is changed everyday, staffs are friendly and helpful indeed

My first impression was, this hotel is quite old, judging from the furniture and it happened to be that my room's key is not functioning well at the time i arrive. Nevertheless, all the staff was very polite and friendly and always ready to help me.The room was spacious and the setting at every level lobby was very nice.
The complimentary breakfast and the setting of the cafe was nice.
After one and a half day of my stay, i will definitely come here again .
