Recommended for location and staff friendliness
The hotel was easy to find (we have never been to Sungai Petani) , staff were very attentive and polite and breakfast was very good.

Everything is great - friendly staff, adequately sized rooms, great for business events, easily accessible from the toll exit. Above average and will definitely come again. Tips: try asking for rooms on 3rd floor - the same floor as the swimming pool :)
They should accept American Express cards - my company uses AMEX for business trips.

For the lounge, can you please think of something that sucks away the frying smell? Cos after dining into the lounge my cloths smells.
The lighting in the car park, can it brighter abit cos when I arrived there it was scary.

I cannot find one fault, oh yes I can, I should have been staying there longer.The US Charbroiled Steakhouse close by was an added bonus.And Parksons department store 200 metres away can take of a lot of shopping needs and if not a plethora of shops at the same distance away.

The car park was dark. The breakfast was served till 10am, and the staff in cafe will pack all the food on time, even there is guest still having breakfast there.
The staff in reception is good. Room condition is good.
