hotel ( more to guesthouse lodging) is good, provide hot shower good mattress and towel.
Location wise is awesome, right in front of Medan Simpang.
Sleep a night here for transit between Taiping to Kuala Sepetang.

All facilities provided are adequate, located at centre in between Taiping and Matang towns. Just a little bit noisy as in front of building having a busy traffic light interchange where many ambulance sirens can be heard all times, but overall it's worthwhile to stay.

It's located in the middle between Taiping town and Kuala Sepetang Mangrove Forest, not difficult to find this place and convenience store nearby to make everything easier.

hotel located at the junction, even out of the city but car parking provided. its nearby highway entrance, which to kuala lumpur or penang. nearby has mini markets, bank, petrol station and fast food. going to taiping town with 10 min driving distance, and 15 min to taiping lake.

Budget but comfortable hotel
Was reasonably priced and most of the fittings look new and remodelled

The stay was comfortable and the room were clean and tidy. The place looked like it had been recently remodelled. The only drawback was that the room was pretty noisy due to its location next to the road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The museum in Taiping was quite interesting.
