Just an OK hotel

Don't expect much on this hotel. When I first entered the room I was like oh what have i booked. The room looks dull. The toilet was huge but it stinks and no toilet roll. However the bed was comfy and clean.and the swimming pool was big but it closed at 7.00pm.

Hotel Yang Bagus Tapi Servis Yang Teruk
Sesuai untuk percutian berkumpulan, keluarga dan budget.

Amat mengecewakan. Kami menempah untuk apartment bersaiz 2 bilik untuk membawa keluarga duduk sekali di dalam satu ruang. Apa yang mengecewakan setibanya di kaunter pendaftaran, pihak hotel telah menukar bilik yang ditempah ke hotel yang lain tanpa notis kepada kami kerana apartment yang ditempah ditutup disebabkan tidak ramai pelanggan. Akhirnya kami sekeluarga terpisah duduk di bilik berasingan di hotel yang lain. Satu di tingkat bawah dan satu lagi di tingkat atas. Harap selepas ini pihak pengurusan hotel dapat memaklumkan kepada pelanggan yang telah membuat tempahan hotel dengan lebih awal jika ada masalah di pihak hotel.

perkhidmatan yang disediakan memang memuaskan..kumpulan saya sampai di hotel agak awal, kira-kira pukul 10.00 pagi...dan kami dibenarkan mendaftar masuk kira-kira pukul 10.30 pagi tanpa bayaran tambahan walaupun masa sebenar untuk mendaftar adalah pada pukul 3.00 petang..selain itu, suasana sekitar hotel yang sunyi dan damai amat bersesuaian untuk menenangkan fikiran..
Nightlife Tip:
kedai makan di sekitar kawasan hotel hanya dibuka hingga pukul 1.00 pagi sahaja..
