Convenient on the way to Mabul/Sipadan/Kapalai

There is not too many things in Tawau. In fact the nearest place between the airport and the Diving Mecca of Sipadan.
At least nice little city hotel clean, confortable and when you arrive late from KK or any other flight good to avoid to do the road between airport to Semporna at night.

This is an awesome hotel that attached to a shopping mall, it is just few step from lobby to access to the shopping mall. The bad thing is night after 9pm, the mall is closed and there is no any convenient store around. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the hotel's room is amazing and the quality of facilities and sanitary is good!

Very good hotel because it near to eastern plaza it really easy to get food, relax and a friendly service provide by the staff. It better next time their really alert to customer birthday. during my stay there is my birthday. some of hotel a stay before during my birthday give me some birthday present. i though a 4 star hotel like that will alert to customer birthday. For me it a good hotel to stay to access all facility. this is some of my suggestion and comment.. hope this hotel can give me some discount next time to paid my birthday present.. hehe

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel with my friend..when we touched down at the hotel's lobby..we found that the receptionists and friendly to serve us.beside that,there is a shopping mall next to the hotel and you can shop around from day to night.for night life,the bar at the lower ground floor is the beast place to hang out at night time.there is a famous band perform every night.

very classy hotel, the room is spacious and clean. the staff is very helpful. the shopping complex just next door and you can get yout stuff from there. restaurant also easier to find here so no worries about the food. only thing is, the location is far from tawau town. overall, its still value for your money.

Its located over a shopping mall were you can buy anything from a beer to meal. The staff were so pleased to see me. One or two of them followed me around helping me to shop they waited outside the gents toilet for me then escorted me to a cafe were a had a super meal with a free soup.

i needed this room since i was flying in and out of tawau. it is 30 minutes (typical) from the airport. the airport pick-up/drop-off service charge is the same price as taking a taxi. i was surprised that this was an additional charge since it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. this hotel is nice but it is not a 4 star hotel by american standards, it is more like a 3 star hotel. it is by far the nicest hotel in all of tawau and very affordable.
the buffet/restaurant is superb! pricey but work every rmb in its selection and succulent treats! loved it!
Shopping Tip:
The 'mall' is connected to this hotel. This 'mall' is very basic. Do not expect to get any real shopping done here. Shop during your travels, do not wait until you get back to Tawau.
