Very old Hotel ,very dirty water

Very unpleasant vacation , will never ever go back there again :
1. Broken Light in the balcony
2. Broken door handle (never fixed)
3. very dirty sand in the water (especially pool villa)
4. Shower goes straight in the ocean water (no filter)
6. no hot water at night
7. food horrible - old , Today fried chicken tomorrow same fried chicken with sauce next day soup from chicken...
8. no fresh orange juice in the morning only at lunch
9. no air-condition in any of the restaurant when outside is about 35-38 degrees celsius
10. smell in the water from the oils from the ships and the list can go and go
Snack in the room: one old cookie , some nuts and 3 beer , 2 coke , santa , sprite.
If you have little children be careful , we got allergies from bad cakes (due is hot and no air-condition food gets bad very fast especially products that contain eggs.) No fruits, never ever will recommend this hotel. The program is not fully included somehow in the end we still needed to pay another 400$ for drinks (like lime juice- ridiculous) ....

Simply amazing
The water was great, good option with more restaurants (the Asian had delicious food) and we had huge bathroom!

I liked the fact that we did not have to pass dead corals hurting your feet while going in the water as I have tried on another island. Very clear water, and you only had to swim out a few meters to see big colourful fish. As mentioned there were more restaurants than the one serving the daily buffet and breakfast, and the food was really good. We had the beach suite and an amazing bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower. We had the Ultimate All inclusive and could eat and drink all from the minibar, have massage every day and some trips were included as well.

Fantastic location for snorkeling, spacious room, and the all inclusive package is value for money

Really a great place for snorkeling. Near the water villa, there are lots of different kinds of fish at the coral reef, especially near the diving center, really incredible. The all inclusive package is really value for money. We enjoyed the whole stay very much, without spending another dollar!

Beautiful place to escape from the city and with their all inclusive package you don't get a shocking bill upon checkout. Only downside to it were probably limited food selection, but everything else there makes up for it.
