To reach the resort, a shared speedboat transfer will be arranged for which a surcharge may be collected directly at the resort. Your flight details and full names of your traveling party will be required at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of your flight details the hotel will organize all transfer requirements. The hotel’s airport representative will meet you at the Arrival Hall.

A new hotel with great staff

It is a new hotel so not everything was perfect at the beginning, e.g. water not heated, cleaning staff leaving their towel on our clothes, staff constantly coming in to check mini-bar, etc. However, staff are very friend and once I raised these problem to the GM, they got remediated. Also I am very impressed with the professional and friendly attitude of the F&B staff, especially Akkas who works in the Thai Restaurant. They don't mind doing a bit more just to make sure you are happy with you stay. I really appreciate it.
