Seaplane Transfers Notice
To reach the resort, a shared seaplane transfer will be arranged for which a surcharge may be collected directly at resort. Your flight details and full names of your traveling party will be required at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of your flight details the resort will organize all transfer requirements. The hotel’s airport representative will meet you at the Arrival Hall.
To secure your seat for the return transfers, it is required that you book at least 3 days in advance. Agoda nor the hotel can guarantee your transfers for bookings received on same day or within 3 days of arrival.
Seaplane transfers only fly in daylight hours.
• If your flight arrives BEFORE 3.30pm, a transfer to the hotel will be arranged same day.
• If your flight arrives AFTER 3.30pm, you will need to make arrangements to stay in Male’ overnight. A stopover in Male can be booked here: Male City Hotels and Male Intl Airport Hotels
• If your flight departs Male’ BEFORE 9.30am, you may have to check-out a day prior and stay overnight close to the airport to catch your onward flight.

Except for the AC fiasco, everything was excellent

I must comment about the AC fiasco. The first day it leaked like Niagra Falls. On the third day, it spit ice chunks onto the bed as we slept and thes sounded like someone was tap dancing all night. To be fair, we did not report until the 3rd day. Nothing was done until the 5th day. The tap dancing was fixed but the air came out at room temp which meant we sweat all night. Our last day the hotel let us stay in our roon until 2 since we had a late flight. Unfortunatly, this is when the hotel decided to replace the whole unit.So from 10 am till 1, we sat in our villa sweating. I would have thought they could have waited till we left. I felt like i was being punished for asking to stay in the room a little longer. We were fried from snorkeling so we couldn't go outside. We couldn't shower since maintenance was on a ladder outside shower. We spent the last hour in the excercise room since the AC rocks!I even asked if I could rent this room when we return. Yes, we will return but I'm checking the AC before I unpack one thing! Maybe it is just an American thing but I was expecting some type of compensation.
