Beautiful hotel with amazing views

The island is beautiful, you can do snorkeling there, food a little bit overpriced, the dolphins and sunset tour is excellent, but the one to Male city doesn't worth the price. The beach is just amazing!! We'll definitely be there again.

It was a a great welcome with a personalized touch. The front desk executive took us to our room after a mini tour of the island. It was certainly one of the better hotels where I have stayed :-)

Perfect resort for young families

Stayed here in February with a 15 month in tow. Chose this place as it was close to the airport, 10 minute boat ride and close to Male. Especially good if arriving late at night as I did.
Resort itself is apparently the oldest in Maldives, but sure does not show its age. Rooms and facilities well looked after and clean. Not overly luxurious but certainly will rate it at 4-5 star region.
The most valuable asset is the staff. They really look after you, and it's usually the little things that make a trip wonderful and Kurumba certainly excelled on that. Good with little kids, the restaurant "manager" remembered the little things that were important to us, for example a straw for the little one with every meal!
Will definitely go back to Kurumba. Lots of kids around and kid-friendly activities and facilities. The resort was pretty full but didn't feel it at all maybe it was because there was so much space everywhere!

Every things were perfect, the staffs were very helpful and freindly. You need to reserve and book the dinner and activities either in the same day or sometimes you need to do it one day ahead. Only the price are very expensive. the cost for daily trip/ activites are not attractive.

Great island, beautiful beaches, nice rooms, staff do what they can to make you feel that you are on a dream vacation. Close to the airport means you hear and see airplanes most of the time. It also means that the transfer from and to airport is very short. food is also great but expensive if you don't have all inclusive.

Lovely resort and service with a smile

Great location, just 15 minutes by speed boat from Male airport. The staff was very nice and all make the effort to make you feel welcome and relaxed. The food was excelent. The room was big and clean. A mention has to be given to the kid's club team who were excellent. We have recommended this place to our friends. The resort never felt overcrowded despite it was almost 100% occupancy.

I would rate this resort 9.9/10..the moment we arrived at Male international airport, Kurumba staff was already waiting for our arrival...the speed boat was awesome n the hospitality in the boat itself was superb...as soon as we reached the resort, we got Mr Kevin who was so down to earth..provided us with the keys to our room..the coconut ice cream was delicious...had to come back to the reception the next day n ask for more
Breakfast was a hit and every night ill be waiting for the next morning craving for breakfast..the first day cocktail by the beach was fantastic...met a few honeymooners...
the room was totally awesome n super clean...
We have not a single complain...we had a good good time...see u all at Kurumba again...we will definitely come back..love u all
